Description

A small rustic salami, generously flavoured with aromatic herbs.

Made without a casing and shaped by hand, our Rustico is prepared with a coarser grind that gives it a particularly generous texture and a deliberately rustic look.

This version receives a seasoning rich in aromatic herbs, which brings freshness, fragrance and character to every bite. The herbs are clearly present and accompany the whole tasting without masking the taste of the product.

With its small, convivial size, Rustico is made for the aperitif. It can be cut into chunks or thin slices, depending on the texture and intensity you are looking for.
