Delivery area

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

Shipping orders

Our products are carefully prepared and vacuum-packed to preserve their quality and flavour.

Fondues, which must be kept cool, are shipped in insulated packaging with an ice pack to keep them fresh during transport.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Thursday, with delivery expected on the following working day.

For delivery in the same week, orders must be placed by Thursday at 12 noon at the latest.

Saturday delivery: this option is available for a surcharge of CHF 5.–. Orders can be placed until Friday at 12 noon for delivery on Saturday.

Public holidays: public holidays may change preparation, shipping and delivery times. The orders concerned are processed on the next working day. We recommend that you order ahead, and we will be happy to confirm the applicable times.

Times may also vary owing to circumstances beyond our control.

Collection at the séchoir

You can also collect your order free of charge directly at our séchoir, Rue de Fauporte 22 in Granges, Tuesday to Friday, 9 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 6 pm.

We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs are based on the total weight of the items and their packaging, VAT included.

Collection at the séchoir is free of charge.
