Rustico with pepper

A small rustic salami, shaped by hand and marked by a fine presence of pepper.

Our Rustico is made without a casing, with a coarser grind that gives it a generous bite and a texture different from our traditional dry sausages. Each piece is shaped by hand, then slowly dried.

Pepper gives this version clean, warm and aromatic notes, with good length on the palate. A recipe with character for those who enjoy distinctly peppery flavours.

Its small size makes it ideal for sharing as an aperitif. It slices very easily, thinly for a more delicate tasting or in thicker pieces to make the most of its rustic texture.
