Description
Our dry chestnut & honey sausage combines the mildness of chestnut with a touch of honey that brings roundness and indulgence, while letting the character of the sausage come through fully.
On the palate, the chestnut brings a soft, generous texture, while the honey rounds everything off with a subtly sweet note. A comforting balance, very much in the spirit of autumn flavours.
Made only during brisolée season, it is one of our seasonal creations and is available for a limited time only.
